The Price of Justice in Europe
Nov 4, 2009

Ever wondered about the price of justice? Justice and Environment, a European Network of Environmental Law Organizations have produced a comparative analysis of nine legal regimes within Europe (including EU-15, EU-10, EU-2 countries and an accession country) in order to show what and how large costs seeking justice may entail. The assessment is based on national studies and contains hard data as well as expert opinions. If you are interested further in the national studies (covering Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain) please visit www.justiceandenvironment.org or contact Csaba Kiss, Core Team member of TAI for Europe.
