Climate Change & Governance
Dear TAI partners & CoP members
As you know, Climate Change is actually one of the most environmental challenges, and access rights are closely related to mitigation and adaptation processes. Access rights play a very important role involving communities, governments, business, citizens and other stakeholders in decision making respect the climate governance.
On May, 2008 I attended a forum on Climate Policy Dialogue. In this forum we discussed about the impact of climate change on the biodiversity and food security in marine ecosystems. The information gathered is valuable, so and I want to share the conference report. This can be useful to contribute to the discussion about access and climate change.
Additionally, I would like to encourage other partners and web’s visitors to share with our CoP (Community of Practice) more information, resources and experiences related to the link between climate change, access and environmental governance.
