The Ukraine LEAP is designed to demonstrate participatory approaches to solving environmental problems at the local level while creating the training and support infrastructure to conduct LEAPs throughout Ukraine in the years to come. This Project will create opportunities for citizens to engage in priority setting along side municipal officials and business leaders and take constructive action using creative, low-cost, and cost-effective approaches to solve priority community problems.
