CEBEM is an NGO that works in research, training and delivering information through the Internet. It aims to generate capacities at different levels through training, building networks, and providing information. It is a leading organization in the country regarding the use of new communication technologies for education and exchange of information. It publishes the e-Bulletin REDESMA, which is the main source of information for Bolivian environmental organizations.
